Testing $Juno Charter stuff... we passed a governance prop on Testnet to execute actions on four SubDAOs (including a SubSubDAO):
- Reclaiming funds to the community pool
- Changing SubDAO governance parameters
- Swapping SubDAO membership
- Controlling a SubDAO of a SubDAO
